Dr. Susan Mogan is board-certified in adult health, pain management, and palliative care. An experienced nurse practitioner with more than 25 years in the medical field.
Dr. Mogan received a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
from Pace University. Went on to earn a Master's degree in nursing, Nurse practitioner, from Western Connecticut State University and a Doctorate in Nursing from Walden University.
Previously, the Associate Director of Palliative care and
Pain management for the inpatient population of a
Westchester, Northwell hospital.
During the pandemic, Dr. Mogan practiced as a hospitalist
in the city of Poughkeepsie, New York, serving COVID-19 patients
and specializing in internal medicine.
Dr. Mogan was a nurse practitioner for a 140-bed skilled
nursing facility specializing in caring for the elderly.
Experienced in dementia, end-of-life, and
hospice and palliative care.
Dr. Mogan is one of the 50 nurse practitioners in the
country to hold a board certification in pain management.
Currently, an adjunct nursing professor at Western
Connecticut State University and an NP for Hospice
patients on the East end of Long Island.
